Character Cookies require additional cost due to the time and detail required- think princesses, your favourite blue dogs, house of mouse inspired friends ect. Anything that you see on a screen is definitely a 'character'.
Fill out the "Order Special Instructions" in the cart with details of the theme, special person, and any additional information you want included. These details must be provided within a week of the order. Otherwise it is assumed the designs are left to CSC artistic devices.
